What is in your opinion most complex problem india is facing in becoming a super power, terrorism, naxalism or separatism?

In my opinion all three are the barriers that India facing to become a superpower. like
Terrorism- Growing of the terrorist organisations in Pakistan give a tough task to India because these terrorist came India through PoK and attack on camps of Indian Army and Civilians. Due to this we are engaging in these daily problems.
Naxalism - they are the threat to internal security of India. they not only create problems for armed forces but also damage the goverment development due to some ideology differences.
Sepratism- they support terrorists and their organisations and they give hate speeches in vulnerable areas like J&K. they try to engage youth in these sepratism activities rather than their employment and education.

when we combine all three what we found that we are surrounded by a major threat that is a biggest barrier in Indian development.
