=>India is a secular state which means the state shall not discriminate against followers of particular religions. All Indians, Hindus, Muslims, sikhs, Christians and others have the freedom to practice their religion.

✴Features of Seclerisum :-

♦It does not accord prefential treatment to the followers of any faith.

♦It does not discriminate against any person on account of his faith.
