In a time-temperature graph "time" is taken on x-axis and "temperature" on y-axis. A time-temperature is the graphical representation of melting or boiling points or rise in temperature of a liquid or substance. A time-temperature graph always shows a heating or cooling curves with respect to time.

1- In a time-temperature graph if there is a curve it shows first the decrease in temperature and then increases.

2- Similarly, a straight line along x-axis shows that the change in temperature is a constant quantity.  

3- For example, if we take heating graph for water it shows it's freezing, melting, boiling, evaporation and condensation points separately in the form of a curve.
