the frame which are fixed are called as inertial frame
for ex :earth is an inertial frame though not perfectly inertial
non inertial frames are the ones which aren't stationary like inertial frames and instead are moving with some acceleration.
for ex: an object inside a car.

Answer:
- inertial frame of reference
- in inertial frame of reference newton laws holds good
- in inertial frame of reference a body in rest seems to be in rest
- here the acceleration is constant or equal to zero
- non inertial frame of reference
- in non inertial frame of reference none of newtons laws is obeyed
- the body in rest seems to be in motion
- here the acceleration is not equal to zero
