Intial velocity is the velocity by which an object intially moves.
for example - If a car has a velocity of 50m/s and then if the car driver decreases his speed by 10m/s, then the new velocity will be 40m/s.
So 50m/s is the intial velocity and 40m/s is the final velocity.
It just like speed of an object but different from it as it also requires direction.
Torque is the moment of force.
Torque= Force Applied × Distance
