This principle is used industrially in building and piping insulation such as (glass wool), cellulose, rock wool, polystyrene foam (styrofoam), urethane foam, vermiculite, perlite, and cork.

Insulation means that to repel something which is not favouarable to it .Insulation word is mainly used for electricity i.e. a substance thet does not allows electricity to pass through it is called insulator and this property of that substance is known as insulation.like -wood,pure water ,pages,plastics,clothes,etc and of conduction is iron,aluminium,human body,copper,etc
