2)So for your quadratic to have integral roots, you should choose a, b, c in such a way that they fulfill the following conditions …. This means that b must be b=b°a and c must be c=c°a. In layman terms, b and c should divisible by a to give some integer. This means that b^2 - 4ac =a^2 m^2, where m is any integer.
