Union Ministry of Water Resources introduce the river water disputes bill in 2017 which happens within a particular state only.  The main purpose of this act is to resolve the problem related with water disputes between the states.  Suppose, a state raises a case regarding a water dispute, the central government will take an action and negotiate with respective state to solve this dispute.  If there is no conclusion arrived, then the central government has to set up a team to solve such problem.
