civil disobedience movement started with salt march when gandhi ji demanded 11 demands to Irwin unme se salt march be tha as they are consumed by both rich and poor but irwin refused then gandhi ji started salt march to dandi with 78 vouluntiers travel 11 miles and broke the salt law and this was the beginning of civil disobedience movement in 1930
