internal cleanliness is :-  the  cleanliness  of  our heart , mind and mouth.we should think clean , we should feel clean and we should talk clean as well.

external cleanliness :- is the cleanliness of our clothes and our body.we should wear washed clothes and we should bath everyday.

Internal cleanliness means cleanliness i.e., having good and clean mind, heart, and words we speak. Internal cleanliness helps us to reach greater heights. It gives internal beauty.
External cleanliness means being like a dignified by wearing clean clothes, following to brush and bath for two times in a day etc
