Internal stakeholders are people whose interest in a company comes through a direct relationship, such as employment, ownership or investment.

External stakeholders are those people who do not directly work with a company but are affected in some way by the actions and outcomes of said business.

Internal stakeholders :- Stakeholders who are involved in the business firms from within the organisation are known as internal stakeholders. They consist of owner/shareholders, employers and employees of the organisation.

External stakeholders :- Stakeholders who are contributing to the business enterprise from outside the organization are known as external stakeholders. They consist of creditors, suppliers, dealers, competitors, Government, local community, media and the society.
