⭕ Internal Resistance - Internal resistance can be defined as the electrical resistance inside batteries/power equipment that can limit the potential difference which can supplied to the external load. Internal resistance is generally used to stop the high power suppy to protect the batteries and also increase in the life and the performance.

=> Let us take a example of a dry cell - A cell consist of two ends cathode as well anode. the positive charge is always on anode and the negative charge is on cathode. the internal resistance resist the high emf load and also the high potential occured. The dry cell is a non chargeable cell which have a life period according to the capacity. The capacity of a dry cell is maintained by the internal resistance.
