Its the principle judicial organ of United Nation. It in The Hague(Netherland).It functions for Peace and justice of all country.

Composition :-

The court is composed of 15 judge elected to nine-year terms of office by United Nations General Assembly and Security . It may not include more then 1 judge from one country. Election take place after every 3 years.

1. to settle in accordance with international law
2. the legal disputes submitted to it by the State and to give advice.
