What is international date line describe the use of this line
Answers
The International Date Line, established in 1884, passes through the mid-Pacific Ocean and roughly follows a 180 degrees longitude north-south line on the Earth. It is located halfway round the world from the prime meridian—the zero degrees longitude established in Greenwich, England, in 1852.

Since demonstrations will be easier to learn, I will try answering that way..
Start with a sheet of world map, cut near the international date line [with Japan & Alaska on either sides] & make them understand 3 key points:
1. Sun's movement over the earth is always east to west.I.e., Sun moves from Japan to America (a torch light in a relatively darker room might brighten your point)
2. The time when a particular geographic area is illuminated by Sun is the daybreak for that country e.g. sunrise for France comes after it has crossed over Indonesia for the same date XX/XX/XXXX.
3. Every new rotation.i.e., movement of Sun from east to west, is a new day.
Moving over to a globe from the map, the above steps can be visualized better.
Now,show them the difference in time & date on while movement happens across the date line from either side.✔️
