★If A and B are square matrices such that AB = I (the identity matrix), then B is called the inverse of A and is denoted by .A
✩ square matrix A has either no inverse or a unique inverse .
★In the first case, it is said to be singular and in the second case nonsingular.

Inverse of matrix
let A is any square matrix of order many their exist an another square matrix B of order n such that AB = BA = I where A is a square matrix of identity matrix of order m. Then B is called as inverse matrix of A.
If the product of any two matrices is equal to the identity matrix of same order as square matrix then both matrices are the inverse function of each other.
Inverse of any square matrix is possible only when it is non-singular matrix.
