invert sugar in biomolecules is glucose
kritigupta:
It is similar to high-fructose corn syrup. In technical terms, sucrose is a disaccharide, which means that it is a molecule derived from two simple sugars (monosaccharides). In the case of sucrose, these monosaccharide building blocks are fructose and glucose. The splitting of sucrose is a hydrolysis reaction.

Hey !!
INVERT SUGAR
Sucrose is dextrorotatory (+66.5°) but after hydrolysis it gives an eqimolar mixture of D-(+)- glucose and D-(-)- fructose, which is laevorotatory. This change of specific rotation from dextrorotation to levorotation is called inversion of sugar and the mixture obtained is called invert sugar.
Hope it helps you !!
