Iodine is one of the important element which we use in our daily life. Why we take iodized salt and how it helps? if we do not take iodized salt then it results in a desease called goitre which is because there is deficiency of iodine due to which our thyroid gland does not works properly which secrates thyroxine. it secrates it in not proper order that is how much our body requires.
