The ironical words remarked the frog towards the culmination of the poem , reflect the cunningness of the frog. The frog intentionally projected himself as a maestro of art or music and Nightangle being naive got influenced and surrended herself as a trainee to the frog.
Initially, the bird stated that the song she presented was her own creation but she lacked confidence and conviction and became a prey to sky frog who made her believe that she could sing but without formal training she was far behind perfection.
The frog agreed to train her by charging a modest fee but gradually killed the bird by asking the bird to do what she cannot and in unfavourable climatic conditions, and when she died , he said that 'ones slsong should be ones own' which was ironical.
