Heya !! ☺
In the poem ozymandias is shown the greatest ruler of all times but he has not always won. The time is projected in the story more powerfull then the man hence the irony in the poem is that a man doesnot have control over the nature no matter how strong he is, he is always bound to the nature.

The irony in the poem is that even though the pedestal near the statue asks the readers to look around at the great work of Ozymandias there is nothing around. Sands stretch around the statue as far as the eye can see.
