In Arabic, What is the Name Given To the Ism (Noun) That Follows the Harful-Jarr (Preposition)? In Arabic, the noun/ism إسم following the preposition is called: “majroor مجرور”. The majroorمجرور exists in the genitive case (jarr جرّ).
