ISOBILATERAL.--It means, having identical parts on each side of an axis mainly used in biology in case of morphology of plants in LEAF VEINS ARRANGEMENTS.......................

DORSIVENTRAL.-It is of a leaf or other part of a plant having dissimilar dorsal and ventral surfaces...........

Isobilateral Leaf:
In this type of leaf both the surfaces are equally iluminated as both the surfaces can face the sun, and shows similar structure.
The two surfaces are equally green generally monocotyledonous plants have isobilateral leaf.

Dorsiventral Leaf:
In which type of leave the mesophyll tissue is differentiated into palisade parenchyma and spongy parenchyma.
It is very common in dicotyledonous plants.
The leaves are commonly horizontal in orientation with distinct upper and lower surfaces.
The upper surface which face the sun is darker than the lower surface.
