Compounds which have same molecular formula but differ in modes of combination or arrangement of atoms within the molecule are known as isomers and this phenomenon is know as isomerism. Isomers can have different physical or chemical properties.

Isomerism Is just all about the Molecules which have identical Molecular formula's but they are different Molecules Bcz there structures are d/f little bit and they are classified on the basis of The D/f atoms Which are arranged differently in d/f Molecules.
