Answer:

The compounds which have same molecular formula but different structural formula are known as isomers and the property is known as isomerism.

Types are:-

Position isomerism
Functional group isomerism.
Tauntomerism.
Chain isomerism

These fall under Structural isomerism.

Under Sterioisomerism, there are two kinds:-

Geometrical Isomerism and Optical Isomerism
