I dont think there us a specific name for this condition !

The Sencondary growth of a plants can be obliqued to this !
Cause there Branches , leafs becomes more widen and it starts blooming flowers !

The answer of ur question is


♢ When the plant grow more than its supposed to then it must be considered as stimulation of more auxin hormone( Apical meristem) by meristematic tissue .

It could also be possible by the use of excess fertiliser in the plant fields.
