Judicial independence. Judicial independence is the concept that thejudiciary needs to be kept away from the other branches of government. That is, courts should not be subject to improper influence from the other branches of government, or from private or partisan interests.

judiciary means the right of high court n supreme court n all such courts to give justice to all the citizens of india . the two main judicial systems r high court n supreme court . they have the ryt of appellate n original jurisdiction. appellate jurisdiction means the ryt to accept appeals against the subordinate court . original jurisdiction means the ryt of a court to determine the case at the first instance, it has also the ryt to protect the fundamental ryt of the citizens by issuing writs. cases of high importance can be brought b4 supreme court. including the cases which involve the interpretation of constitution.the main important powers r . advisory n revisit n judicial review. they can advice the government if they seek 4 it , advice so given is not binding in the person seeking it , it can review the cases passed by the subordinate courts to check if there is any mistake in the proceedings,judicial review is the most important , any law passed by the parliament can be declared as null or void if it is against the interest of the country . itz prodecures r recorded to be used as precedents in the future.
