• The guidelines state that "central agencies which own land wherein the JJCs are situated may, in accordance with the policy of the Delhi Government, either perform the relocation/rehabilitation themselves or "entrust" the job to the DUSIB." Those central govt authorities are therefore not required to work with & can act independently though they are still required to comply with the policies of the government in Delhi, even if it is intended to coordinate any rehabilitation processes.
