jwar is also called a high Tides in English . we know that moon is closer to our Earth and it is exerted a special force called gravitational force on our Earth. due to this pulling force means the gravitational force in sea water level rises and falling down.

hence the earth moves in rotational motion due to this there are two times low and high tides generated each.

When earth feels of more pulling force means a gravitational force then the water level of sea Rises and this rising of water in sea is called a high Tides called Jwar in hindi.
