Kepler gave three laws . 

First law :

All planets revolves around the sun in elliptical orbit .

Second law : 

The line joining the sun to the planet sweeps out equal area in equal interval of time . 

OR 

In other words . we can say that areal velocity of planet remains constant 

Third law :

T² α r³

The square of time period of a planet around the sun is directly proportional to the cube of distance from planet from the sun

There are 3 laws given by Kepler
(1):- LAW OF ORBIT :- all planet revolve around the sun in elliptical orbits
(2):-LAW OF AREAS :- the line joining the planet and the sun sweeps equal areas in equal interval of time .
(3):-LAW OF PERIOD:-the cube of the mean distance of a planet from the sun is proportional to the square of its orbital time period
