what is kinetic energy ?
how it is important for matter?

Yasmin: Energy which a body possesses by virtue of being in motion is called kinetic energy. Kinetic energy is important for the stability of matter.
dest: not actually for stability of matter, it depends on the frame of reference.
dest: K.E+P.E=T.E, so K.E can be 0 as total energy is constant

kinetic energy is the energy inserted by a body in respect to its motion.  it is important for the stability power of it. the theory of kinetic energy states  that the matter matter which is produced are made of particles that are smaller in the single atoms that are in their regular motion.it

It is energy possessed by an object due to its' motion or movement. These include very large things, like planets, and very small ones, like atoms. The heavier a thing is, and the faster it moves it include kinetic energy
