They are basically 2 laws  ★★

■Junction Rule :  ( junction is a point in an electric circuit where 2 or more wires meet)

The total incoming Current = The total Outgoing current

■Loop Law : ( any closed circuit is a LOOP)

The total potential drop across a loop is 0...Meaning that for 1 cell circuits , you take the EMF of the cell as positive ,all resistors seperately multiplied by thier currents ( which you have already obtained by rule 1)  as negative, and make an equation by equating the above made expression to zero.

These lawshelp you to get currents and voltage drop seperately in cases where there is amixing of two or more currents...Help in dealing complex Circuits.
