The total incoming Current = The total Outgoing current

■Loop Law : ( any closed circuit is a LOOP)
The total potential drop across a loop is 0...Meaning that for 1 cell circuits , you take the EMF of the cell as positive ,all resistors seperately multiplied by thier currents ( which you have already obtained by rule 1) as negative, and make an equation by equating the above made expression to zero.
