Hi , there !!!

Here is your answer !!

the atmospheric fixation of nitrogen is known as nitrogen fixation.

nitrogen fixation is a process through which leguminous plant accept nitrogen from atmosphere.

as we know that nitrogen is required for plant for proper growth .

to get the nitrogen for proper growth leguminous plants take nitrogen.

there is present of rhizobium bacteria which trap the nitrogen and help plant for further growth.

rhizobium Bacteria is generally found in leguminous plant.

for example :- Arhar , pulses

hope it helps you !!!

thanks !!

☆Actually welcome to the concept of the Biological Nitorgen fixation and Nitrogen cycle ....

☆Basically the Atmospheric nitrogen is so much required by the plants for the synthesis of the important and required proteins for the growth of the plant ...

☆thus they need the fixed nitrogen .....

☆As we know that the Atmospheric nitrogen is a complex compound gas ..

☆which can cannot be directly taken up by the plants for the sysnthesis...thus there is an important mechanism for that ....

☆The nitrogen fixation bacteria like Rhizobium bacteria and blue green algae .which are present in the roots of the leguminous plant convert the complex nitrogen to the simple nitrogen in the roots nodules....

☆Thus this known as the process of the nitrogen fixation....
