the implied fundamental rights are : Right to freedom of press, right to live with dignity, right to privacy, right to marriage, right to speedy trial which means that they have been not explicity provided in the Constitution but given to the citizens by government through liberal interpretation of the Constitution apart from being a legal . ( meaning of explicity : in a clear and detailed manner )
