solu:- Kosi is the river which began from Nepal and inter in India at Bihar state and join the river ganga.kosi river is also called sorrow river of the Bihar because it create flood over the plain, it's length is 729 and it's basin is 74,500 km².This is called the Kosi Project.
It was signed in 1954, Between two countries India and Nepal.
