Laminar Flow :-
- In this type of flow fluid particles goes along well defined streamlines. Those lines may be straight or parallel.
- Magnitude may be differentiate at different Velocity points.
- Direction will always be parallel.
- As the direction is parallel so layers will smoothly slide over the adjacent layer.
Turbulent Flow :-
- It is an irregular flow and in this particles move in zig-zag direction.
- There will eddy formation due to the zig-zag way.
- There will be very high energy loss due to the formation of eddy formation.

Answer:
Laminar flow or streamline flow in pipes (or tubes) occurs when a fluid flows in parallel layers, with no disruption between the layer.
Turbulent flow is a flow regime characterized by chaotic property changes. This includes rapid variation of pressure and flow velocity in space and time .
hope it helps
