land ceiling is basically an act that allows an individual or family to own only a maximum amount of land. u cant own more than that. it is an act passed in 1976. if u hold more , it is distributed to farmers , poor etc. it is done so that there is no concentration of money or u can say to reduce irregularities in wealth distribution.
