land degradaton:-
nowadays our modern farmers are using many chemicals to increase the productivity and yielding of the product[vegetable, fruits etc] which is leading to the severe problem to soil.due to these chemicals sols are lossing their fertility power and its nutrients which helps the vegetable to attain vitamins and proteins in it . but due to the many changes may occurs in the soil like they characteristic may change
this is called land degradation.
the main causes for land degradation is deforestation. on earth are cutting trees for our daily uses and for deveplment. as population is increasing day by day second by second our needs are also increasing like fuels for cooking, vehicles    .next is over grazing .it means excess of eating grass which results in reducing diversity in plant species .industialisaton and urbanization are also reasons for land degradation
these degradation can be only controlled when farmers come to use of natural fertilizers such as cow dung, etc. it can be also controlled by constructng dams which results in the supporting of soil vegetationt
