Windows 10 is the latest version of windows
but windows 13 is available to the workers of microsoft(i think not sure)
There are many features such as screen recording, gaming is easier, microsoft store is better designed etc

the latest version of windows is windows 10.
the main feature is that Microsoft has declared or the final os and so will be giving updates almost every month which would keep the security patches of the os updated. also in this os we screen a gd support of multi screen splitting and the best support of Cortana. also the interface is better than windows 8. and the start menu combo of win 7 and 8. also it gives a difficulty in runing pirated softwares or games... networking perfomance has improved a lot specially gd for hackers....
