Hii..

Larynx is the voice box present ventral to the oesophagus which helps in production of phonetic sound.
It is 2inch long cartilagenous structure with vocal chords.

It is present at the opening of trachea and allows passage of air through which we are able to produce identifiable sound.

Hola User ____________

Actually this is the concept of the respiratory system in the humans from the Nostrils to the Bronchioles.....

Basically if we track the path from nostril....the larynx is a hollow cartilegenous organ which form an air passage to the lungs and holds the vocal chord in the human and the complex phylum like mammals ......

this organ is located near the trachea in the nasal cavity.....

Hope this helps u............☺
