Le Chatelier's Principle states that any change in any of the factors that determine the equilibrium conditions of a system will cause the system to change in such a manner so as to reduce or to counteract the effect of the change

Shubbu: According to Le Chatelier's Principle. If a system at equilibrium is subjected to a change of any of the factors such as concentration, pressure or temperature, the system adjusts itself in such a way as to annul the effect of that change. OR If a system at equilibrium is subjected to a change of concentration, pressure or temperature, the equilibrium shifts in the direction that tends to undo the effect of the change.

In chemistry, Le Châtelier's principle, also called Chatelier's principle or "The Equilibrium Law", can be used to predict the effect of a change in conditions on a chemical equilibrium. Theprinciple is named after Henry Louis Le Châtelier and sometimes Karl Ferdinand Braun who discovered it independently."
