What is Leap Year? Why is said as a leap year.

an year is of 365 days and 6 hours. this 6 hours are added together to make a 24 hours day. the year with this extra day is called leap year. leap year comes after 4 years.

to know that whether a year is a leap year or not, divide the year number with 4. if no reminder is left then it is a leap year. like 2004, 2016 etc were the leap years.
