The first and the basic power is learning. In past times women were not made knowledged but there were a large number of domes in the country. Despite of having some learned men India was still do back , and the reason was literacy which wasn't in hands of all. India and Japan started to develop together but today Japan is counted in one of the most developed onse but not India the reason is simple it's literacy. So women empowerment is basically calling a women literate and empowered.
