These were the ideas that came into light during French Revolution.
It is the national motto of France and an example of tripartite motto.

LIBERTY :It is the freedom to live your life the way you want without anyone's interference.

EQUALITY :It means everyone should be treated equally.

FRATERNITY : It means brotherhood. All are family.

Liberty:-There is no unreasonable restrictions on the citizens in what they think , how they wish to express their thoughts and the way they wish to follow up their thoughts in action.

Equality:-All are equal before the law. The government should ensure equal opportunities to all.

Fraternity:-All of us should behave as if we are members of a same family.No one should treat a fellow citizen as inferior.
