When water vapor condenses in the atmosphere it forms clouds, when the condensation becomes too heavy rain is formed and the clouds release the rain

water as we know was formed million years ago.
as of now majority of us imagine water in its liquid state.
however when it is heated , it becomes water vapor(gaseous state).
and then when it cools down in earths atmosphere , it becomes liquid and thus falls towards ground as rain.
simple demonstration to help understand this concept is boiling water in utensil while covering it with a metal plate preferably, and then letting the flames go out after awhile .
