when we born then we get a life till the death.But there are many views before many philosophers.Life is a struggle we have to st.your ugglle for alive goodly.So we should do good things for ourselves and society.i can say life is a song we have to sing it,I can say life is ocean of happyness and sad so we have to cross it.Your life is valueable.All our struggles in life is to more.we should try our level best to understand our feelings and emotionsand we get into more and more and more confusion.This is whappened with psychology today.you or i why we feel like the way we are feeling.Actually its a feeling happy or sad.why am i not feeling good or why am i angryor why is this not happening.we dont know what is happening in our mind .Mind is like a roller coater.we should understand about it.we should have control in our mind.This life is a mystery ...its beautiful ...so live it...Living the mystery of life totally is joy.Mystery is divine.you or i all we are mystery.when we see life in this context ,clarity dawns in our mind and our lives improves.......
