Great that you specified “ɪɴᴅɪᴀɴ" Teenagers. Cause I can answer only for myself and have no idea about ᴛᴇᴇɴᴀɢᴇʀs around the World

• (Seriously no one is going to believe cràp shown in Teen ᴡᴇʙ sᴇʀɪᴇs like 13 reasons why or ʀɪᴠᴇʀᴅᴀʟᴇ.)

• So Indian Teenagers have a very casual and independent ʟɪғᴇ.

• We now don't have to walk for like 10 kms to reach the school, we just have to attend school and then coaching classes and then do homework and self study. Simple.

• We are now allowed to do whatever we want , out of the choices that society and our parents feel “worthy “ or “appropriate enough”

• We always know when we ʜᴜʀᴛ our parents or ғʀɪᴇɴᴅs but we rarely appologize for our ᴍɪsᴛᴀᴋᴇs.

• We always want good things to happen in our life but we rarely do things that could make sᴏᴍᴇᴏɴᴇ else's life better.

Indian ᴛᴇᴇɴᴀɢᴇʀs ,13–19 aged individuals born and raised in India , are subjected to alot of things and are bounded to follów certain ᴜɴsᴘᴏᴋᴇɴ rules ,for ᴇxᴀᴍᴘʟᴇ,

Being a teenage ɢᴜʏ, you need to look cool, wear classy clothes (cause your ғʀɪᴇɴᴅs and others are going to see your dressing sense more than your personality) , explore various restaurant ,ᴄᴀғᴇ or other teenage ғʀɪᴇɴᴅʟʏ cool spots of your locality , have a very active (though ᴄʀɪɴɢᴇʏ) sᴏᴄɪᴀʟ ᴍᴇᴅɪᴀ ᴀᴄᴄᴏᴜɴᴛ, learn how to ride a bike and roam around the city , have alot of ғʀɪᴇɴᴅs but no real ғʀɪᴇɴᴅsʜɪᴘ etc etc.

• We are expected to be good in atleast one out of ᴀᴄᴀᴅᴇᴍɪᴄs or co ᴄᴜʀʀɪᴄᴜʟᴀʀs. we can't be average or poor at both of ᴛʜᴇᴍ.

• We are ғɪᴄᴋʟᴇ ᴍɪɴᴅᴇᴅ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ and we ᴄʜᴀɴɢᴇ our ᴏᴘɪɴɪᴏɴs just to be on the “ᴄᴏᴏʟᴇʀ” side of the sᴏᴄɪᴇᴛʏ.

• sᴀᴅʟʏ our age increases and we get 19+ or even 25+ in many cases still we are sᴛᴜᴄᴋ at our ᴛᴇᴇɴᴀɢᴇ ᴍᴇɴᴛᴀʟɪᴛʏ.

• At the end our day begins by using cell phone and ends by using the cell ᴘʜᴏɴᴇ.

• ᴀᴠᴇʀᴀɢᴇ indian teenagers will be ᴄʀɪᴛɪᴄɪsᴇᴅ for ᴅᴇɢʀᴀᴅɪɴɢ ᴄᴏɴᴛᴇɴᴛ ǫᴜᴀʟɪᴛʏ on ʙʀᴀɪɴʟʏ by writing “ɪʟʟᴏɢɪᴄᴀʟ” or “sᴇɴsᴇʟᴇss” ᴀɴsᴡᴇʀs but we will be ᴀᴘᴘʀᴇᴄɪᴀᴛᴇᴅ for ʀᴇᴀᴅɪɴɢ and ᴛʜᴀɴᴋɪɴɢ ᴀɴsᴡᴇʀs ᴡʀɪᴛᴛᴇɴ here by the “growɴ-ups”.
