Hi Friend ✋✋✋
Light is a form of energy which makes sensation of vision.
Light enables us to see objects around us...
When light falls on a object , the object reflects that light and this light falls into our eye....
Light is in hurry!!! It takes the quickest path to go ,so the rectlinear propogation of light takes place...
We are able to see through a transparent medium as light is transmitted through it..
The image formation by mirrors and lenses , twinkling of stars, formation of rainbow are all related to light's phenomena...
Absence of light is known as darkness...
Hope it helps
