Light is electromagnetic radiation of particles called photons. Photons, like all particles move perpetually, by spinning and vibrating, and by lateral movement. The spinning and vibrating movements, as energy, interacts with electrically charged particles with which photons come in contact. These charges in turn radiate as a current and form a magnetic field. Thus, the term electromagnetic radiation. Some of the photons radiate a visible electromagnetic field as visible light by this interaction . All other spectrums, with different wave lengths of the electromagnetic field, radiate but are invisible to humans.

So, a photon is not light itself but generates and produces light by its motion, it's interaction with electrically charged particles and radiating magnetic field. Another way of expressing it is that particles are “of light”, but they are not light. They form light.

Ultimately light, is not a particle nor a wave but, radiation. It is radiation from photons whether behaving as particles or waves. Light is radiation.
