Answers
Hi,
a lightning conductor is a metal rod placed at the edge of the building which goes along the length of the building, routed to the ground source. It prevents the lightning current from harming our electric appliances or even us.
the moment the lightning strikes our building, it is absorbed by the lightning conductor ans the electrical impulse is sent to the ground.
hope it helps:))
Answer:
a lightning conductor is a metal rod when Ch is made of aluminium which is placed at the top of a building connected by a copper plate and placed below the ground so when lightning occurs , the aluminium attracts it and sends it's electricity to the ground and from copper plate placed underground sends it's charges to the ground and gets discharged.
