LOCOMOTION is a biological term. It means the movement of organisms. As we know, Amoeba uses its finger like projections known as psuedopodium(plural) or pseudopodia(singular) to catch its food. Here, the movement of amoeba to catch its food using its psuedopodium is known as LOCOMOTION OF AMOEBA.
