Lactational amenorrhea is the temporary postnatal infertility that occurs when a woman is amenorrheic and fully breastfeeding.

lactational ammenorhea is the period during which chances of conception or being pregnant is almost nil which lasts upto 6 months of intense lactation after delivery.

it sometimes have a chance of failure so not an effective method
